It all started with a love of sweet peas and a thirst for knowledge! If you are feeling confused over how to start your cut flower garden then come and join me for an informative couple of hours.

You’ll learn how to prepare your planting space including a no-dig demo and selecting the right soil. A tour of the field to see what is in season right now and give inspiration for your flower garden. I’ll teach you the planting calendar and guide you through a seed sowing practical with tips for germination success. We will discuss the flower options available to you including tubers, bulbs, corms and seeds! and to finish we will cover watering, feeding and pest control.

Hot drinks and cake available during your session. Parts of the workshop may be held outdoors so please come wearing appropriate clothing and footwear and bring your pen and notebook for all those vital bits of information. Parking is available.
